Introduction

Who are we?

Cief, Consulting Integral en Formación (Integral Training Consultant), was founded on 14 June 1989 with the main aim of offering businesses an integral service in the training area, both for private and public companies, in all the Spanish State . In 1998, ACCIÓ was founded as a response to the need for consulting services in other areas: organization (change management), productivity (implementing autonomous work teams, TPM, 5 S) and Quality (accompanying the design and implementation of Quality assurance systems). In 2000 a delegation was opened in Madrid , which inaugurated our expansion through the Spanish State while optimising the service offered to our customer companies based outside Catalonia . In March 2003, the CET, Centro de Estudios Tecnológicos (Technological Studies Centre), became part of our group of companies. It is in Reus and offers the same consultancy services in training and in organization as the other companies in the group, although mainly attending to companies in the area of Tarragona .

In September 2003, we incorporated Orión Prevención to our group, an External Prevention Service accredited by the Departament de Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya (number SP-052-B).

Cief has been, for the past 14 years, a collaborating centre of the Departament de Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya (Census number 186/01). We are also homologated for giving courses in Hygiene-health maintenance of premises in risk of Legionary's disease. We are also inscribed as an authorised entity for EFMA, Entidad de Formación de Manipulador de Alimentos (Entity for the Training of Food Handlers) and, therefore, inscribed in the Registry of EFMAs (REFMA) of the General Direction for Public Health.
