PROJECT: Mass Customization Experts

MASS CUSTOMIZATION and adaptation of products and services is an increasingly extended trend among our companies. We are immersed in a change that means leaving behind the management paradigm centred on “Mass Production of Standardised Products” and going towards a new management paradigm centred on “Production of Mass Personalised Products”. This new strategy has been named “Mass Customization”.

CIEF is collaborating in this project financed by the Leonardo Da Vinci Program “CUSTOMIZATION EXPERTS” (I/03/B/F/PP-154036) in which the following participate:

The project named: “Mass Customization Experts: Creating New Professional Profiles” has, as its main objectives,:

1st Identifying professional profiles and key competencies in experts in adapting and personalizing products and services.

2nd Developing advanced systems to train experts in adapting and personalizing products and services.

3rd Assure adequacy of professional profiles in different contexts within the European Union.
